In order to be registered as users of Transglobal Free Press, we will have to fill out a simple form where some personal information is required. We must also accept the terms of use and privacy policy. This is a very important aspect, it is highly recommended to read carefully the conditions of use and the privacy policy of Transglobal Free Press to avoid as much as possible, any situation that may be unpleasant or inadequate.
The registration form has a security check to make sure that only persons are being registered and avoiding automatic registers.
Once registered, we can access to our user account, where there are several sections to manage the different available operations and functions available for the users of Transglobal Free Press.
In the area "My Account", first of all there is the articles section, where we can view, manage and edit our articles. There is also the list of favourite articles, from where we can delete articles that are no longer of our interest. And finally there is a link to write and publish a new article. Anyway, we can always begin to write an article by clicking "start redaction", which appears at the head of Transglobal Free Press as long as we have registered and logged in.
Below, we find the section of Magazines, where first of all, we can see "my magazines”, the magazines created by the account’s user, there will also be the tools to edit them. Then there are the "favourite magazines" where we find the list of magazines that we have selected as favourites. Following, there is the section "participators in my magazines” where we will see all authors who write in each magazine, and finally the function "publish a magazine” where a form is opened to start a new magazine in the Transglobal Free Press.
The next section that we find is “my sketches” where we will see the listing of the sketches published with the tools to edit them and the link to publish a new one. The sketches will be shown at the lower right part of the page of our profile, and can be scored by the users. The sketch with more scoring and more recently uploaded, will be published on the cover of Transglobal Free Press.
Next, there is the user’s internal messaging section. This section will be explained more extensively in a section dedicated exclusively to this subject.
Then, there is the section "friends and contacts" where we find the list of selected authors as friends. This list is organized according to the friendship antiquity. In the sections where we see the friends, in our account or in our profile, they will be placed depending on how recent is their last publication. The ones who have written their last article will be on the top. The friends will be added add to our list by clicking “add as a friend” on the right side of the articles and at the author’s page. When we select an author as a friend, a message is sent automatically to this author stating that we have chosen him or her as a friend. There is also a link for us to add this author to our friend’s list.
Finally we find "account settings" where we can change our password, and we can also edit the text and photography of our profile.
