La  Hip Hop Nation es una revista espanyola dedicada a la cultura hip hop i especialment al rap. Es va fundar el 1999 amb una portada dedicada a Ghostface Killah. Fins el passat agost, el seu director era el conegut Francisco Javier "Dobleache" Eson.

Al número del mes de febrer hi apareix una crítica al DVD Guillem Ramisa & El Teu Pare a la Jazz Cava de Vic i al número de març una ENTREVISTA a Guillem Ramisa.
